Rather, we run a Customer Driven organization to provide World Class services to our customers. We have developed a separate Customer Care Cell , that provides following services to our customers,
- Good morning call for enquiry of daily loads
- Transit details of consignment are provided via emailing, SMS
- Tracking of consignment is made available on this website
- Toll free telephone no. is being provided for enquiry of consignments, vehicles, etc.
Customer Care cell is leaded by Mrs. Maya Jadhav with a team of 4 more Employee. The team is well equipped with facilities like Computers, Telephones, Internet, Mobiles, auto mail of booking & delivery of consignment etc. The cell has a separate office at Chinchwad and work under guidance of the Managing Directors itself.
