Enhancing Quality, Progressing Towards Six Sigma: ACPL has always been endeavoring to improve quality. But now we are also endeavoring to make it a “standard”. We are now fast progressing towards Six Sigma quality and a Lean Enterprise. Stepping towards it, we have developed our Key Performance measuring system. This system measures and controls our performance in On Time Deliveries, Documentation Flow, Customer Metrics, Cost of Quality, Safety, etc. Sustained efforts on such improvements will lead us towards becoming “Lean”.
Consignment Tracking System: ACPL is soon planning to implement Web based Consignment Tracking System. With this the help of this system, customers can themselves track their consignment while it is being transported.
Web-Based 24-Hour Call Centre: We have always tried to serve our customers to their entire satisfaction. To take our efforts to the next level, we are planning to set up a web-based 24-hour call centre.
Expansion of Branch Network: Since its establishment ACPL has been expanding their branch network. We intend to keep the pace of growth continually increasing. As of now, we have reached Bengalore, in Karnataka and planning future branch network in Gujarat and Goa.
